I’m Heather Rees, founder of EHR Advisory.

I work with service-based businesses who want marketing to drive better enquiries, clearer decisions, and sustainable growth — not just visibility.

I’m not a typical freelancer, and I don’t offer social media posting as a service. Instead, I bring Head-of-Marketing-level thinking into businesses that need clarity, structure and direction, without the cost of a full-time hire.

I have over 13 years of marketing experience, including leading marketing for a £14m professional services firm, managing six-figure budgets, and delivering data-led growth strategies across B2B and consumer environments.

I’m a CIM Chartered Marketer with a background in journalism, which means I combine strategic thinking with clear, persuasive communication.
